Overlooking Kaohsiung Harbour, the apartment was designed for a couple planning their retirement. Predominantly finished in white oak, marble and matte plaster, the house is a calm oasis situated high above an urban environment.

In addition to standard air conditioning, a full water filtration, dehumidifier and fresh air system with heat exchange was installed to compliment the double glazed windows for comfort and energy efficiency.
